Hello, this story took some time for me to complete. I wasn’t able to finish, in one sitting. I had to gather myself for one, and then I needed to write carefully because this is and “On going matter” and of course I have to be mindful of that fact, when writing about Mr.George Floyd.
Therefore I’ve, included some Videos that will assist me, in explaining to whomever has decided to “Read my Story”.I included this photo of this woman, “Crying” because that expresses how I and feel about this tragedy.
Being a Woman of Color, and a Mom of 2 Sons and 1 grandson, I am deeply saddened.
This quotation is what I’m going to talk about now. You see I truly believe in my heart that, even though Mr.Floyd died from having encountered “Pure evil”, his death ironically, has “saved many others”
What I’m saying is, if George had been “Murdered”, in a secluded place, without other people around to “Witness this”, these 4 Men would be “Free” to go on and “Possibly kill again”. Also, Mr.Floyd’s Young daughter, said it best, “Her daddy changed the world” Because of the Way in which George was Killed, and it taking place, in front of So many people, So many “Changes , reform” will undoubtedly take place.
I want to say to his family and friends, and the whole Nation that.George I feel was chosen to have his life sacrificed, so that other’s will be “Spared and so that Change can come about, regarding the Race problems and so that the world/nation , can know what’s needed to be done in order for everyone to be able to move “Forward”.
As you can see here, “Change” has already begun to take place.as I’m writing this story, I’m hearing on the “News”, that their are “New laws” being discussed, regarding the way in which the police departments, all over Our country Can detain / restrain our citizens.
Life is very strange at times, unfortunately since the beginning of “Time”, people have lost their lives, in order to make things “Better” for the generations to come. When I think of George Floyd, he’s right alongside of “Dr. Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, and there are many more, the point I’m making is, Georges “Movement began after he was Killed, and the Others, Movement started during their lifetime. However, he has a place, with the others that have died, because they wanted to make our Nation, a better one for, everyone.
I want to say this, in order for any “Broken situation” to be fixed it has to be torn down, and “Rebuild”. Unfortunately, whenever we need “Drastic” change, at times we have to make Sacrifices.
People are so sickened by the way in which, George was killed, so publicly however, it was “Because of the brutal and public way in which he died, that made our Nation, and other’s too, “Take Notice”. It was and will always be “In our faces”, that image of George lying on the Ground finally, with his eyes “Closed”. We mustn’t forget that image, because that’s what is bringing about the “Change that’s needed”…..

I want to say ,please don’t forget to appreciate the good, and decent Men and women, police officers who put their lives on the line , daily for all of us. Right now, they’re really having to work with this dark cloud of suspicion over their heads, because of the officer’s who are no good.! Even though we have problems with pro filing, we need the police officer’s, our world can’t survive without them. Let’s not forget, to show our “Support, appreciation, for them.
